
All referrals to Naremburn School are initially prepared by the learning support team at the home school. These are then presented to the placement panel which meet Week 4 and 8 each term.
From here the referral will be assessed after completion of all relevant data and reviewing records of existing intervention and appropriateness of placement.
The student and their caregivers will then be notified regarding the decision by the panel.
Before placement panel, students and parents need to visit the school to see the range of programs offered and to assess if it is the type of setting where they can achieve positive change.
