External Service Providers
Our school works closely with families to make sure every child gets the support they need to learn and thrive. Sometimes this involves engaging specialist providers from outside the school, such as therapists funded through the NDIS or other programs.
External providers do not have an automatic right to work within our school. Any request must come in writing from a parent or carer so we can ensure the support is safe, appropriate, and in the best interest of the student.
What does outside support mean?
Outside support refers to additional services delivered by professionals who are not part of our school staff. This can include:
- Assessments and checks – such as psychological, speech or occupational therapy
- Specialised tutoring or learning programs – delivered by trained professionals
- Health and wellbeing services – including counselling or medical support that the school cannot provide internally
- Agency support – assistance with behaviour, language, communication, or social development
This support works alongside the adjustments and programs we already provide at school to meet your child’s individual needs.
