About Our School

Naremburn School is a School for Specific Purpose (SSP) that supports students through individualised education aimed at addressing each student's academic, vocational, behavioural and emotional needs. We provide a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student is recognised and supported to reach their full potential.

Our goal is to educate students in a calm and supportive environment that values each individual and their educational aspirations. Naremburn School is a place where students, staff, and families feel safe, supported, challenged, and nurtured. The educative model is central to our program. Our staff view education as a right, accompanied by the responsibility to attend school regularly, behave appropriately, and make choices that reflect positively on themselves, their families, and the community.

We work closely with families, carers, and support staff to develop personalised learning and wellbeing plans, ensuring each student can learn in the way that suits them best. The school collaborates with a range of government and non-government agencies to support families facing challenges. Our preferred approach to case management involves the school, student, external services, and families working together to help students grow into responsible adults.

In addition to our curriculum, students participate in programs that develop skills in:
